Tay's Brow Lounge

** ALL CLIENTS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE AN UP TO DATE CARD ON FILE** Please allow 24 hours prior to your appointment to cancel or make changes to your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your appointment you will be charged 100% of your services booked. If you no-show your appointment you will be charged 100% of your service. After 2 no shows you are banned from the online booking system. There is a 10 minute grace period. If you are more than 10 minutes late that is considered a no-show and you will be charged 100% of the services booked. All fees will be charged to the client's card on file. If the card details provided are incorrect or the card declines, I will notify you of such and you will be responsible for settling your fees via Venmo or square invoice. If you do not settle your fees you will be banned from the online booking system and all future bookings will be cancelled. CHILDREN POLICY Although I love kiddos, Tay's Brow Lounge is not kid friendly. There are things in the room that could harm your child, you or myself if they are to touch them such as hot wax, sharp implements and heavy objects which are needed to perform services. There is also a sanitation standard that has to be met by state boards for Tay's Brow Lounge to run. If your child has a hard time not touching things please DO NOT BRING THEM. I understand that everyone has busy lives and sometimes you have to bring your kids, I just ask that you be responsible for them while they are in Tay's Brow Lounge. I cannot perform services while also preventing a child from accidentally hurting themselves. This policy is in place for the safety of me, you and your child. I understand that things come up. However I do ask for the same respect that I give all of my clients.
